Beardyben2025-07-13Verified Calm and comfortable I think this is the fourth time my wife and I have stayed here. It's so calm and everything you could want from a B&B the rooms are immaculate and spacious, the breakfast plentiful, the location is in a tiny rural village near a brilliant pub, and to top it all there's a great distillery which do tours about 200 yards down the road. The Hungry Man2025-06-26Verified You should stay here... A family run type place in a converted barn(s). Beautiful rooms, wooden beams and tall ceilings. Pretty much the same price as the local Travelodge so excellent value. Amazing scenery, there is a big old country pub very nearby that serves good food. Plenty of parking. The young lad that checked us in was quick and helpful. The other young lad that squared our breakfast order away was also very helpful. The breakfast was nicely cooked too... poached, boiled or fried eggs.... a choice of teas, coffees, fruits etc. Ultimately the best hotel I've stayed in for ages for under £100. Carol A2025-06-12Verified A lovely stay at Church Farm Lodge We had a lovely 2 night stay at Church Farm Lodge. The room was very clean and comfortable - we booked a double room but there was also a single bed in the there, but I would guess they charge accordingly. There was tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, hairdryer, bottles of water, pump soap in the bathroom/shower, lovely towels. Perhaps the only thing missing was a safe. Breakfast was lovely with a good hot selection, yoghurts, fruit, juices, toast. We will definitely return when visiting the area. The owners were on hand if you needed them. A lovely stay - thank You! Chris T2025-05-27Verified A haven in beautiful countryside We spent a great night at Church Farm Lodge. It's in a beautiful countryside location, and has lots of parking for guests. On checking in, we were welcomed and shown to our room in a barn-style building , which had a very comfortable bed with perfectly white bedding, a wall-mounted TV, a mini-fridge (which is a lovely touch) and a lovely modern bathroom, with a great shower. We also had a kettle, tea-making supplies and some bottled water. Everything was spotlessly clean. It was a very peaceful location and we had a great night's sleep, followed by a very tasty buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order, which set us up nicely for the day ahead. Our stay exceeded our expectations. The village is also home to the award-winning Tollemache Arms, where we had a wonderful meal in the evening, following a most enjoyable tour around the Warner's distillery in the afternoon. This little village has everything for a great break in the countryside. I would highly recommend! Robert T2025-05-16Verified Perfect country bed and breakfast The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. It’s a family business where everyone plays a part and provides excellent service. For example, we were asked if we needed anything in our room. Breakfast was also varied and very good quality. Great value for money and cheaper if you book direct on the website. Harrington is a beautiful village with wide country views and a very pretty pub though we found the vibe pretentious when we had lunch there. Warners gin does tours but there’s no shop or bar open (though there’s an online shop). There is lots to do in the local area for a range of interests. Andrew C2025-05-02Verified Super Stay Lovely situation. Very quiet. As I was attending a local hospital for an operation, it was the ideal place to stay. Plenty of free parking. A lovely pub next door good food and ale. Over the road is a gin distillery, so it has something for everyone. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Duncan N2025-03-02Verified Excellent Very comfortable, spacious and clean accommodation topped off with a full English breakfast the following morning. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. A real gem in the Northamptonshire countryside in a perfect village location. Sarah W2025-02-10Verified Absolutely perfect stay thank you Absolutely superb venue. Rooms well equipped and cosy. We used it as a base to visit the Tollemache Arms in the evening with my disabled Father in law. It was ideal, very close to the pub, great parking facilities. Cereals, yoghurts, toast and a lovely cooked breakfast, excellent and Jack was so helpful and accommodating. It’s an ideal location to meet up with family and friends with the many rooms in a courtyard type of presentation. Will be back thank you Stephen M2024-11-07Verified Very Comfortable Very comfortable, friendly staff and superb cooked breakfast. We liked the fact the heating was very controllable and it had a fridge. Ample parking. Close to a very good pub which has a wide menu. A country location but a short drive from Rothwell where there are several restaurants. David E2024-10-28Verified Quiet, clean and comfortable We had a very comfortable stay at church farm lodge. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the location is great; just a short stroll to Britain's top pub and a super gin distillery that run a n excellent guided tour. What’s not to like!
